Immediate Position Opening
Geneva Benefits Group seeks an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of C-level administrative tasks and support the Executive team (President, VP of Ops, and VP of People and Culture), and the Director of Business Operations. The Executive Assistant also serves as the liaison for the Board of Directors. The position reports to the Director of Business Operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the President and the Executive Leadership Team which includes managing travel, calendars, meetings, expenses, and correspondence.
- Serves as the liaison and supports the Board of Directors (BOD) which includes quarterly board meeting planning and coordination, docket preparation oversight, management of BOD documents and files, oversee nomination process, and onboarding.
- Act as the Geneva liaison for collaboration among the PCA committees and agencies.
- Responsible for overseeing the company vehicle maintenance, registration, and mileage records.
- Assist the Director of Business Operations with:
- Planning and execution of staff meetings and events.
- Manage the planning and execution for events at General Assembly.
- Maintaining electronic documents and files for the organization.
- Maintaining the organization and upkeep of the offsite storage unit.
- Asset management records.
- Assist in the office management to ensure the office environment cultivates a caring and supporting work environment for all staff and a warm and inviting environment for visitors.
- Other tasks as assigned or requested.
- Serves as the backup to the receptionist during times of absence.
- Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners and vendors.
- Ultimately, will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the President and Executive level staff members.
Qualifications
Faith
- Strong devotion to Jesus Christ, holiness, and a passion to make Him known.
- A Christian whose life reflects spiritual maturity as evidenced by the fruit of the Spirit and knowledge of the basics of the faith.
- Active member of an evangelical church that affirms the tenets of historic Christianity (PCA church preferred but not required).
- In agreement with Geneva’s Statement of Faith.

Professional
- 4-year college degree.
- At least 5 years of successful related business experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant..
- Superior skills with Microsoft Office products.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat.

Location
Geneva’s offices are located in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is an in-office position. Remote work is not an option. Periodic travel to support the work will be required.
