THE NEED
Pastoral ministry is both incredibly meaningful and deeply demanding.
70% of PCA pastors are not confident they have enough savings for retirement.
Nationwide, 25% of pastors are chronically burned out.

Pastoral Cohorts
Through Geneva’s Pastoral Cohorts, pastors gather in confidential, structured communities where they can grieve, reflect, pray, and be reminded they are not alone. Each pastor’s participation costs $4,250 per year — an investment in long-term resilience and sustainability.
Your gift of $350 will provide one month of cohort care for a PCA pastor.
“It’s been incredibly dignifying… The things that I feel matter, and even as a leader called to shepherd others, I never get past needing to be shepherded. It’s given me fuel in the tank.”
— Adam Coppock, cohort participant and PCA pastor

Pastoral Care Summit
The Pastoral Care Summit equips presbytery leaders to move from reacting to crises toward proactive care for pastors. At the Summit, leaders connect with other presbytery leaders for shared learning and support, gain best practices and practical tools for pastoral care, and strengthen their commitment to caring for those who lead.
Pastoral care is essential for healthy ministry. The Pastoral Care Summit helps leaders build systems of support so pastors are not left to struggle alone.
Marriage Retreat
Pastors’ wives contribute to their husband’s ministries in seen and unseen ways. They sacrifice time and help him bear the burdens of pastoral ministry. While often a joy to labor together, pastoral ministry can put unique strains on marriage.
Your gift will provide scholarships for these co-laborers to attend a Marriage Retreat to learn how to better navigate the struggles of the pastorate within their marriage and also find time together for rest and renewal.
Your gift of $200 will provide essential resources for leaders to build systems of support.
Your gift of $500 will provide one ministry couple a retreat scholarship.
When pastors are strengthened, churches flourish.
Your gift reminds your pastor that he is not alone on the long road of ministry. Will you give today to strengthen the health of pastors and the churches they serve?
