Serving Those Who Serve
We provided hundreds of free, one-on-one consultations with pastors and ministry staff. Our team of trained Financial Planning Advisors and Benefits Advisors supported ministry leaders and their families by providing assistance in the following areas:
Over 250 Call Package Consultations
Over 350 financial wellness and retirement planning engagements
Over 8,300 retirement + benefits support touch points to churches and ministry staff
Our team has worked hard to share their knowledge through facilitating expert-led webinars and articles, and providing quarterly market updates. Geneva began a partnership with Fidelity Investments to serve as the recordkeeper for all 403(b)(9) retirement plans. By partnering with Fidelity, retirement plan participants gained greater access to tools and resources to set themselves up for financial success well beyond their working years. As always, we are committed to serving and supporting you in every season of ministry.
Pastoral Support
Cohorts
We began facilitating pastoral cohorts to help pastors thrive on the long road of ministry. These cohorts give our church leaders the opportunity to build supportive relationships, develop rhythms of rest and renewal, and navigate leadership challenges together. In 2026, we will be launching 3 new cohorts which will serve an additional 24 pastors.
3 cohorts | 18 pastors
Sabbaticals
Sabbaticals offer pastors and their families invaluable seasons of rest by offering time away from the duties and pressures of ministry. During this time, they can focus on themselves, their families, and their relationship with God.
In 2025, Geneva partnered with 15 churches, providing $109,850 in sabbatical funds. In 2026, we are committed to providing at least 17 sabbatical participants with awards.

Your monthly gift, these past years, and for the future is keeping me provided for. I know my God is great, and my provider, [and] I also know he has used you who I have not met and hopefully will someday. May I say thank you with the most grateful heart and soul.
