2025 was another record year for Geneva Benefits Group as we care for ministry leaders, workers, and their families through every season of ministry. This year, Geneva served more ministry staff than ever before, launched a new retirement plan platform, granted over $100,000 in sabbatical matching funds, and launched the Pastoral Cohort program. Every success of 2025 was a step towards more holistically supporting the financial, physical, and emotional wellbeing of those called to ministry.
