2024 Annual Report
Geneva Benefits Group is honored to provide support for the ministry workers who serve our churches. We support these men and women throughout every season of their ministry so they can live generously and focus on their callings.
In 2024, we managed over $1 billion in retirement assets, served over 11,000 current and former ministry staff, and distributed $891,000 through the Relief Fund. This was our largest distribution of financial assistance funds for retired pastors, widows, and ministry leaders in our 50-year history. In 2025, we have already hosted a Biblical Values Investing summit, launched a pilot program of pastoral cohorts, and provided experiences of rest and renewal for ministry leaders and their spouses.
We are more ready than ever to serve you. We know the unique challenges pastors and ministry leaders face because our organization is built and led by people who have served in those positions.
