2025 Annual Report
At Geneva Benefits Group, we believe the gospel advances and the church thrives when those who serve are emotionally, spiritually, and financially healthy. Over the past 52 years, it has been our profound privilege to walk alongside our denomination’s ministry leaders, partnering with them to ensure they and their families are holistically supported.
In 2025, we managed over $1.2 billion in retirement assets, served nearly 12,000 participants across more than 1,600 organizations, and distributed over $718,000 through the Relief Fund to support pastors, widows, and ministry families in crisis. It was also a tremendous year of operational and emotional support growth as we transitioned our retirement plan recordkeeping to Fidelity, launched transformative pastoral wellbeing cohorts, and provided nearly $110,000 in sabbatical matching grants. Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to expand our pastoral cohorts and sabbatical grants, thanks to a $1 million grant from Lilly Endowment Inc., and implement new organizational systems to deepen our relationships with those we serve.
As we look to the future, our team remains eager to support you and your family with excellence, care, and compassion. Because our staff is made up of PCA pastors, ruling elders, and active local church leaders, we can say with confidence: we know you. We are deeply grateful for the trust you place in us, and we are committed to walking alongside you, not just as professionals, but as true partners in ministry.
Geneva Benefits Group serves those who serve others, providing practical support for the financial, physical, and mental wellbeing of people who work in full-time ministry.
