Dana joined Geneva in 2023 and serves as the Operations Administrative Assistant. Dana received her undergraduate psychology degree at Georgia Southern University (BS), Industrial-Organizational Psychology degree at Northcentral University (MS), and is currently enrolled at National University for her Doctor of Philosophy with a concentration in I-O Psychology. In the future, she hopes to use her degree in human resources and operations. Dana brings a unique set of skills to the Geneva team, gained through her 15+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and order fulfillment. Dana has three amazing children, is engaged to be married, and is grateful to serve with Geneva.
