Dana joined Geneva in 2023 and serves as the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Dana received her undergraduate psychology degree at Georgia Southern University (BS), Industrial-Organizational psychology degree at Northcentral University (MS) and is currently enrolled at National University for her Doctor of Philosophy with a concentration in I-O psychology (PhD). In the future, she hopes to use her degree as it applies to human resources, operations, and consultation. She brings a unique set of skills from her education as well as her career path through a plethora of fields that concentrated on customer service, sales, printing, shipping, and over fifteen years in management. Dana is excited to use her skills to learn, serve, and grow with Geneva Benefits Group.
