Heather serves as the Director of Business Operations at Geneva. She is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Geneva’s office operations, event management, and human resources. She joined Geneva in 2013 with over 20 years of business and administrative experience and completed Skill Path’s Accelerated HR Management Certificate Program through Graceland University. Heather is married to Tony, and they have seven children and two grandchildren. She enjoys flower gardening, quiet moments on the porch, and drives in the countryside.
