Paul joined Geneva Benefits Group as a Financial Planning Advisor in 2020.  He is a teaching elder in the Korean Central Presbytery where he serves on the examination committee.  Prior to joining Geneva, Paul planted and served as the pastor of Harvest Church of Madison in Wisconsin for twelve years.  His pastoral experience also includes five years at Covenant Fellowship Church (Champaign, IL) and seven years at Grace Covenant Church (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).  Paul holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, as well as an MDiv and DMin in Missional Theology from Biblical Theological Seminary in Philadelphia.  Paul serves on the boards of World Hope Chicago and One In Love. He is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) and presently working towards his Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Paul’s primary responsibility is to provide pastors, plan participants, and churches with retirement, investment, insurance, and general financial planning advice and guidance. He also visits presbyteries, churches, schools and seminaries to conduct seminars on financial wellness and retirement readiness and to meet individually with our ministry partners. Paul and his wife, Sojin, have two children.  In his free time, Paul enjoys woodworking, golf, and spending time with his family.
