The generosity of churches like Meadowcroft Presbyterian makes it possible for the PCA to “look after” widows and pastors in financial distress in keeping with the command of James 1:27.
PCA Retirement & Benefits (RBI) is launching a research initiative in partnership with The Center for Transformational Churches at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School to assess the wellbeing of PCA teaching elders.
“I would just thank the givers for having such a heart for widows and I think God has a special love for widows too. You see all throughout scripture how he cared for the widows and how he acknowledged the widows.”
